Aadhaar Card DBTL Scheme Transferred 2000 Crores in 2013

The Union Cabinet in a review of their government schemes orders in 2013. The Prime Minister reviewed the Direct Benefit Transfer for LPG Subsidy scheme (DBTL) mainly based on Aadhaar Card link to the Bank Accounts under consumer get their subsidy amount to the bank accounts. The Central Government already transferred 2000 Crores subsidy amount for DBTL Scheme in the country for 6.5 Crore LPG Consumers. This scheme is implementing in 184 Districts and 6.5 Crores LPG consumers are getting benefits from this DBTL Scheme. The UIDAI successfully issued the Aadhaar Card for 51 Crores of Aadhaar Cards to the people of India and there are more than who did not get there Aadhaar Card and waiting for Aadhaar Cards.

But the government of India exposing this more people who did not receive Aadhaar Card till this day than received number of people. The Central Government decided to link Aadhaar card for 28 Schemes 4000 Bank accounts are link with Aadhaar Cards and 156 Banks are taking part in this 28 Schemes as on 1st the DBTL scheme is implementing 20 districts only as trail run under this scheme advance subsidy amount is transfer to the bank accounts which are linked with Aadhaar Cards. Another 34 districts added to this DBTL scheme from September 2013.
